One of my responsibilities at PBK is to create print collateral for various programs and marketing campaigns. The Class Act Program experienced a revamp recently that caused the chart to grow in size. Due to this change, a great option to advertise the program was through the use of a QR code (QR code pictures is only a placeholder to uphold all program privacy).

QR codes have been around for years, but have experienced a resurgence in 2020 within the restaurant industry where they are being used to offer diners a safe, hands-off menu experience. Because of this resurgence, we were confident that a wide audience would understand how to interact with the QR code.
